Salesforce Tester

Job Description You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions that drive critical business processes in the manufacturing and agrochemical industry. Your role will involve: - Designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. - Performing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across various Salesforce modules, including Opportunity and Order Management. - Validating customizations and configurations built using Apex, Aura, LWC, and integrations with SAP, Azure middleware, and REST APIs. - Ensuring data integrity during data migration and integration testing. - Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using standard defect management tools. - Ensuring compliance with corporate and industry standards for security, performance, and reliability. - Participating in release cycles, environment refreshes, and smoke testing post-deployment. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - 13 years of experience in Salesforce testing. - Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and key modules such as Sales Cloud and Consumer Goods Cloud. - Experience or interest in testing custom components (Apex, Aura, LWC) and integrations with platforms like SAP and middleware. - Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and tools like Postman. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Salesforce Admin certification.
