This means understanding a variety of perspectives and holding ourselves to a higher standard of accountability.Never settle: We motivate each other to push past the easy answers and collectively arrive at bigger, more inspiring ideas.What You'll DoStrategic Consulting & Roadmap DeliveryLead discovery and visioning workshops to assess current-state processes, pain points, and desired future-state experiencesDevelop actionable Salesforce roadmaps and capability models aligned to the client\'s business strategyCreate business cases, process blueprints, and prioritization frameworks that connect transformation goals with measurable outcomesPartner with Horizontal\'s architects and data specialists to define the technical enablers of strategic recommendationsGuide clients through best practices in CRM maturity, customer data strategy, and multi-cloud enablementAccount Growth & Program ExpansionServe as the strategic advisor and relationship owner for key enterprise accounts — driving value realization and identifying expansion opportunitiesShape and grow existing projects into multi-phase, cross-cloud programs of work through continuous consulting and results-based storytellingPartner with Sales Directors to craft and position solution proposals, statements of work, and renewal strategiesParticipate in pre-sales pursuits, demonstrating Horizontal\'s thought leadership and delivery excellence across SalesforceProactively identify unmet needs, emerging use cases, and opportunities for new initiatives or platform adoptionTeam & Practice EnablementMentor consultants and functional leads in discovery, stakeholder engagement, and solution definitionContribute to practice development by refining frameworks, reusable assets, and delivery methodologiesSupport internal enablement on Salesforce innovations, industry trends, and cross-cloud use casesWho You AreA strategic thinker and relationship builder with deep understanding of CRM-enabled business transformationConfident working with C-level executives, able to bridge business vision and technology capabilitiesComfortable operating across strategy, solutioning, and delivery oversightProactive, entrepreneurial, and energized by building lasting client partnershipsSkilled at simplifying complexity — distilling insights into clear, actionable recommendationsWhat You Bring8+ years in Salesforce or digital consulting, with a blend of functional and strategic experience across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data CloudProven success in growing accounts and developing long-term, multi-cloud Salesforce programsStrong track record in delivering strategic consulting artifacts such as roadmaps, capability assessments, and transformation blueprintsSalesforce certifications across core clouds (Consultant or Architect level preferred)Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading large cross-functional teamsBachelor\'s degree preferredWhat Success Looks LikeYou transform initial Salesforce implementations into multi-year digital transformation partnershipsClients view you as a trusted advisor who blends business acumen with Salesforce know-howYou elevate Horizontal\'s market position through program growth, measurable client outcomes, and thought leadershipYou mentor others, contributing to the continued maturity of the Salesforce practiceOur UAE Benefits22 working days holidayComprehensive medical insurance plan for employee and spouse and childrenVisa for employee and spouse and childrenFlexible office times and working from home twice per weekRemote working from a place of your choice for 2 weeks a yearFree snacks and drinks in the officeApplication TipsTo help us review your application as smoothly as possible, we recommend submitting a clear, ATS-friendly CV using a simple format and standard headings such as Experience, Skills, and Education.
