Your role will involve supporting and partnering with the Regional Marketing Strategy Events Team and the Project Management Team within Bernstein Private Wealth Management, a unit of AB in Pune. **Key Responsibilities:** - Schedule internal and external calls - Create campaigns in and reconcile attendance in Salesforce - Create nomination and post-event surveys in Survey Monkey - Create biography books in Microsoft Word - Create Agenda Documents in Microsoft Word - Send slides, recordings, marketing materials, etc. to legal for approval - Assist with ad-hoc project work as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Good organization skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines - Skill to juggle multiple projects and flexibility to re-prioritize when needed - Capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment - 1-3 years experience in an administrative or support role preferred - Marketing and/or event experience is a plus - Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Salesforce, Pardot, Survey Monkey, and Zoom is preferred Join us and be a unique voice to help lead us forward in providing high-quality research and diversified investment services to our clients worldwide.
