Job Description As a leading global investment management firm, you will be part of a team that fosters diverse perspectives and embraces innovation to help clients navigate the uncertainty of capital markets. Your role will involve supporting and partnering with the Regional Marketing Strategy Events Team and the Project Management Team within Bernstein Private Wealth Management, a unit of AB in Pune. **Key Responsibilities:** - Schedule internal and external calls - Create campaigns in and reconcile attendance in Salesforce - Create nomination and post-event surveys in Survey Monkey - Create biography books in Microsoft Word - Create Agenda Documents in Microsoft Word - Send slides, recordings, marketing materials, etc. to legal for approval - Assist with ad-hoc project work as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Good organization skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines - Skill to juggle multiple projects and flexibility to re-prioritize when needed - Capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment - 1-3 years experience in an administrative or support role preferred - Marketing and/or event experience is a plus - Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Salesforce, Pardot, Survey Monkey, and Zoom is preferred Join us and be a unique voice to help lead us forward in providing high-quality research and diversified investment services to our clients worldwide.
