Job Description

A Salesforce Loyalty Consultant works with business stakeholders to design and implement loyalty programs that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The consultant translates business requirements into scalable solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management and the broader Salesforce Customer 360 ecosystem.Key Responsibilities1. Loyalty Program DesignDesign customer loyalty programs including points, tiers, rewards, and promotions.Configure and implement solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management.Define earning rules, redemption rules, tier structures, and promotions.Configure loyalty program objects, benefits, and rules.Implement automation using Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and Apex when required.Support integration with other Salesforce clouds such as Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.3. Integration & Data ManagementIntegrate loyalty programs with external systems such as POS, CRM, or e-commerce platforms.Work with APIs and middleware tools.Ensure accurate data flow for member activities, rewards, and points.4. Stakeholder CollaborationGather and document business requirements.Conduct workshops with marketing, sales, and operations teams.5. Testing & DeploymentSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect resolution.Ensure successful deployment and go-live support.Monitor system performance post-implementation.6.
