In this role, you will focus on implementing customizations, automations, and workflow enhancements within our Salesforce enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce and a passion for creating efficient and scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities:Configure and implement Salesforce custom objects, fields, record types, and other components based on business requirements.Develop and deploy process automations using Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Apex triggers.Optimize and enhance existing workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the desired outcomes, followed by deployment to production environments.Maintain detailed documentation of customizations, workflows, and processes for internal reference and training.Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.RequirementsQualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience:3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce development and administration.Experience in implementing process automations and workflow customizations using Salesforce tools.Certifications:Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).Technical Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.Proficiency with integration concepts (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Ability to follow detailed requirements and deliver accurate implementations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
