Job Description Job Title: Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer Location: [Jaipur, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune] Experience: 4 To 6 Years Notice Period: [Immediate to 30 days, should be serving] Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer to design and deliver scalable analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building datasets, dataflows, recipes, and dashboards within CRMA (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) , along with strong SQL and data transformation skills. This role involves close collaboration with business and data engineering teams to deliver high-quality, insight-driven dashboards. Key Responsibilities Dashboard & Report Development Design, develop, and maintain CRMA dashboards, datasets, and lenses Translate business requirements into interactive reports and visualizations Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and data accuracy Conduct demos, walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions Maintenance & Enhancements Support enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests for existing dashboards Troubleshoot and resolve UAT and production issues Implement continuous improvements based on user feedback Data Integration & ETL Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure clean and scalable data models Perform data transformations using SQL in Snowflake (joins, aggregations, stored procedures, etc.) Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability for analytics consumption Required Skills & Experience 46 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics Hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) Strong experience in datasets, dataflows, recipes, and dashboard development in CRMA Proficiency in SQL with experience in Snowflake data warehouse Good understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams Good to Have Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud data models Exposure to SAQL, JSON, and advanced dashboard configurations Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
