Salesforce Business Analyst (Based in Dubai - UAE)

Job DescriptionOverviewWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce solutions (7+ years) to join our team. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models.Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance user experience, system efficiency, and data quality.Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, incorporating them into system enhancements.Optimize Salesforce configurations to align with business processes and improve usability.Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.Lead and conduct workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with stakeholders to validate solutions.Prepare and maintain clear documentation for business processes, system configurations, and training resources.Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support for Salesforce-related inquiries.Collaborate with delivery teams, managing communication and expectations with stakeholders.Conduct thorough testing and validation, from creating test cases to performing quality assurance.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and team members.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.7+ years of Salesforce consulting or business analysis experience.Salesforce certification(s) required.Proven ability to capture requirements, make strategic recommendations, and optimize implementations to meet business goals.Proven ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical developers.Experience and familiarity with integrations and data migration strategies.Experience in functional and project management is a plus.Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Positive, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset with high attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution and adaptability.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should be residents in Dubai.#J-18808-Ljbffr
