With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team including buyer's agents and showing assistants. You will mentor the real estate team to success by managing the agents, motivate and train the attitudes and habits of a buyer's agent as they should be committed to putting their clients first and winning leads.You will be responsible to handle a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team. This might include scheduling appointments with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team have everything they need to do their jobs well. You would also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics and reporting these results back to senior management.In this Role you will :Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coach team members on sales technique, product, upsell and cross-sellPlan and direct sales team trainingDevelop a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenuesSet individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams (for new and existing business and hunters - for new business)Work on sales scripts with agentsAchieve the monthly sales targets by delivering sales from both personal and group accountsGenerate leads and prospects to meet the parameters for quarterly sales production reviewAssist the Sales Manager with recruiting, developing, and training new sellersConduct site viewing/tripping on a regular basisTrack, collate and interpret sales figures and reportingEnsure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properlyControl expenses and monitor budgetsMonitor team performance and motivate them to achieve team and individual targetsTrack and maintain records of team sales, payments, and account reviewsSource feedback to marketing, operations, and tech team for enhancing product effectiveness, client issues and concernsCollect customer feedback and market research and channelize it internally for effective measures and follow-upsVerification of agency data/ numbers in the respective area to analyse growth opportunities and determine recruiting needsEstablish, maintain, and expand the customer base through effective team management and allocate new agencies to the existing teamKeep track of agency pools and verify agency data in their area.Source feedback to and from operations and the sales team for effective planning and executionRequirementsBachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or related fieldRequires a minimum of 5 years sales experience in the real estate fieldValid KSA licence requiredStrong knowledge of the local marketStrong Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline managementExcellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsStrong Decision-making skillsStrong Problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player with a strong ability to influence and interact at all levels, using both written and verbal communicationAbility to work in and lead a project team with a wide variety of individualsApproachability and friendly personalityAble to motivate othersAbility to deal with ambiguityCompassion, Composure and empathyAbility to reflect and self learnFlexibleBenefitsHigh-performing and fast-paced work environmentComprehensive Health InsuranceRewards and recognitionLearning & DevelopmentBayut is an equal-opportunity employer.
