OverviewWe are seeking an experiencedSales Team Leadto manage and guide a high-performing sales team focused on financial product offerings. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance while ensuring compliance with banking policies and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and support a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targetsMonitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedbackAssist team members during field visits and client meetingsEnsure full compliance with internal banking policies and regulatory guidelinesCollaborate with internal departments to streamline application processing and approvalsPrepare performance reports and contribute to business development strategiesSkillsProven ability to manage, guide, and motivate sales teams in a target-driven environmentSkilled in sales planning, performance tracking, and team coachingStrong interpersonal, communication, and reporting skillsKnowledge of financial product sales and banking proceduresFamiliarity with Islamic banking is an advantageQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field5–7 years of experience in banking or financial product sales, including at least 2 years in a team leadership roleFluency in English is required; Arabic is a plusFull-time position based in QatarJob ID:24082506-114 VG
