Sales Support & Supply Chain CoordinatorPosting Start Date: 05/02/2026 • Country: United Arab Emirates • Location: Dubai • Function: Supply Chain • Experience: 3 - 5 yearsJob PurposeThe role is responsible for the end-to-end management of sales operations for the MEAI market, ensuring efficient order processing, high customer service levels, and constant alignment with HQ and Supply Chain functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Order ManagementCollect and manage customer orders for the India marketEnter and manage orders in SAPManage the monthly order cycle (planning, follow-up, and adjustments)Issue proforma invoices and manage billing activitiesVerify order billability in coordination with HQMonitor and manage product availability for the marketCustomer CommunicationAct as the main point of contact for customers on operational topicsManage daily communication with customers (email, calls, follow-ups)Provide support on order status, deliveries, invoicing, operational issuesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responsesKPI Monitoring & ReportingContinuously monitor customer-related KPIs (e.g., service level, OTIF, backlog, billing)Analyze performance and share updates with HQ and internal stakeholdersSupport the preparation of operational and commercial reportsSupply Chain & Cross-functional ActivitiesPerform analysis on system stockProvide track & trace analysis and logistics insights to MEAI customersCollaborate with Producers and Central Planning teams to ensure alignment between orders, stock, and shipmentsRequired Skills & CompetenciesExperience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Customer ServiceStrong knowledge of SAPSolid analytical skills and familiarity with operational KPIsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication and cross-functional coordination skillsProblem-solving mindset with a customer-oriented approachAt least 4Y of experience in similar rolesNice to HaveExperience in international or multi-country environmentsKnowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics processesExposure to complex or high-variability markets#J-18808-Ljbffr
