<div><h3>Sales Support&Supply Chain Coordinator</h3><p>Posting Start Date: 05/02/2026 • Country: United Arab Emirates • Location: Dubai • Function: Supply Chain • Experience: 3 - 5 years</p><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of sales operations for the MEAI market, ensuring efficient order processing, high customer service levels, and constant alignment with HQ and Supply Chain functions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Sales Operations&Order Management</li><li>Collect and manage customer orders for the India market</li><li>Enter and manage orders in SAP</li><li>Manage the monthly order cycle (planning, follow-up, and adjustments)</li><li>Issue proforma invoices and manage billing activities</li><li>Verify order billability in coordination with HQ</li><li>Monitor and manage product availability for the market</li></ul><h3>Customer Communication</h3><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for customers on operational topics</li><li>Manage daily communication with customers (email, calls, follow-ups)</li><li>Provide support on order status, deliveries, invoicing, operational issues</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses</li></ul><h3>KPI Monitoring&Reporting</h3><ul><li>Continuously monitor customer-related KPIs (e.g., service level, OTIF, backlog, billing)</li><li>Analyze performance and share updates with HQ and internal stakeholders</li><li>Support the preparation of operational and commercial reports</li></ul><h3>Supply Chain&Cross-functional Activities</h3><ul><li>Perform analysis on system stock</li><li>Provide track&trace analysis and logistics insights to MEAI customers</li><li>Collaborate with Producers and Central Planning teams to ensure alignment between orders, stock, and shipments</li></ul><h3>Required Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Customer Service</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP</li><li>Solid analytical skills and familiarity with operational KPIs</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a customer-oriented approach</li><li>At least 4Y of experience in similar roles</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience in international or multi-country environments</li><li>Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics processes</li><li>Exposure to complex or high-variability markets</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
