Sales Support Specialist

We are a leading Electrical Manufacturing company with our Manufacturing Plant in India and Corporate Office in Delhi. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our Dubai operations by supporting the Sales Team, managing order execution, and ensuring commercial compliance aligned with UAE accounting standards.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Support & Commercial Coordination (Primary Role)Prepare techno-commercial quotations in coordination with the Sales Team.Generate Proforma Invoices, Sales Orders, and Order Confirmations.Coordinate with customers for LPOs, payment terms, and order approvals.Follow up on open quotations and support the sales pipeline.Maintain updated customer database, pricing records, and sales documentation.Coordinate with the India Manufacturing Plant for order processing, production status, and dispatch schedules.Work closely with logistics partners for shipment planning and delivery tracking.Ensure smooth order-to-delivery cycle.2. Billing & UAE Accounting Support (Secondary Role)Prepare customer invoices as per UAE VAT regulations.Ensure all sales transactions comply with UAE VAT requirements.Coordinate with Finance for receivables monitoring and payment follow-ups.Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.Maintain proper documentation for audits and VAT filings.3. Reporting & Inter-Company CoordinationPrepare monthly Sales MIS, order backlog, and outstanding payment reports.Coordinate with Delhi Corporate Office for sales reporting and approvals.Act as a bridge between Dubai office and India manufacturing plant.Support management with sales data analysis and forecasting inputs.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance2–4 years of UAE experience in Sales Support / Sales CoordinationStrong understanding of UAE VAT and invoicing complianceExperience in manufacturing or electrical industry preferredProficiency in ERP/Accounting Software (SAP/Tally/Zoho or similar)Strong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple orders and meet deadlinesIdeal Candidate ProfileA commercially aware Sales Support professional who understands both sales operations and UAE accounting compliance, and can efficiently coordinate between Dubai customers, India manufacturing plant, and Delhi corporate office.
