Make it your story.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSupporting front end service sales team at UAE and its associated countries with professional back-end support for MOSE-Motors & Drives services & Being the technical go-to person for internal and also external customers for detailed technical inquiries to ensure front end sales is supported effectively and ABBs value proposition is strategically formulatedIn this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.- Work model: onsite )Supports the local MOSE Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers related to motors and drives service portfolio.Prepares and supports in the preparation of technical and commercial offers based on customer specification requirements local business and feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives.Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organizationPerforms lost proposal analysis identifies potential cause and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales team and local business to obtain better future results.Our Team DynamicsOur teams support each other collaborate and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.Qualifications for the Role5 years of experienceComprehensive technical understanding of a) Low Voltage Motors & Drives b) Medium Voltage Motors & Drives for ABB and competitors to support highly competitive and complex 3rd party replacement businessUnderstanding of commercial terms and conditions defend and negotiate profitable and risk-free contracts as per ABB guidelinesGood team player.ABB Factory tools MotSize Drive Size Cuusamo DIB BOL Drive smart etc.Preferably some knowledge about drive-motor communication protocols to support the development of power train and ABB Ability offerings.Strong understanding of motors & drive as a systemRelentless ownership dedication and thoroughness.
