Job Description

ResponsibilitiesConduct market research, identify and develop new clients, analyze customer needs, and maintain relationships with existing customers in the region.Establish and maintain a network of distributors and agents, optimize channel structure, and improve channel efficiency.Opportunity Pipeline & CommunicationIdentify potential business opportunities in the region and provide timely, accurate market insights and customer requirements to the Product Manager and Regional Director.Collaborate with the Product Manager to provide sales support, coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to resolve customer issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.Marketing Campaign Planning & ExecutionDevelop and execute creative marketing promotions tailored to regional market characteristics to strengthen brand influence.Work closely with the Service Manager to promptly respond to customer after-sales requests, coordinate internal resources to ensure issue resolution, and improve satisfaction and loyalty.Compliance & Risk ManagementAdhere to local laws and regulations, ensure all sales activities are compliant, and mitigate trade-related risks.QualificationsDeeply familiar with the construction machinery market in the Middle East, at least 3 years of industry market and sales experience.Professional in construction machinery products, familiar with forklifts.Fully understand the product situation and market situation of competitors.Familiar with the market demand of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other key markets in MENA region, candidates with important customer resources are preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
