Job Description

Trocadero Theme Park is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist – Park Bookings to drive group and individual booking sales for our park. The role focuses on converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.This position requires a confident sales professional with strong communication skills in English and Arabic, and experience in hospitality, tourism, or leisure sales.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell park booking packages to individuals, families, schools, corporates, and group clientsRespond to customer inquiries, provide quotations, and close bookingsNegotiate pricing and packages in line with company guidelinesAchieve assigned monthly and annual sales targetsMaintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up logsCoordinate with Operations, Finance, and Guest Services to ensure smooth execution of bookingsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, and partnersActively follow up on leads and generate repeat businessStay updated on park attractions, promotions, and pricingQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in park bookings, hospitality, tourism, entertainment, or leisure industriesProven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targetsExperience handling B2C and B2B bookings is an advantageSkills & CompetenciesStrong sales, persuasion, and closing skillsExcellent communication skills in English & Arabic (mandatory)Customer-focused and relationship-oriented mindsetStrong negotiation and objection-handling abilitiesOrganized with good follow-up and time-management skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
