The Sales Specialist will be responsible for executing off-plan sales by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks , developing engaging sales pitches,attending training and sales meetings, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.Job DescriptionFull-time sales specialist position in Riyadh.The sales specialist will be responsible for completing off-plan sales transactionsThe employee will also be responsible for CRM data and communication with themStaying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in real estate marketing and implementing improvements when needed.Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers to expand sales opportunities and maintain valuable relationships with key customers.Prepare daily, monthly, and annual sales reports that accurately reflect achievements and progress.Coordinate with customer experience and marketing departments to follow up on customer needs and ensure smooth communication.Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of work.QualificationsExperience in Off-plan sales is essential.Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.Proven experience in sales and sales management to drive performance and achieve goals.Experience in coaching and mentoring to support team growth and development.Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and real estate market analysis.Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Preferably a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
