Your key business priority will be to strongly accelerate the SaaS growth and sustain growth for our On Premise offeringsby establishing and executing a strategy to:Expand the existing SaaS & On Premise install base within financial services accountsModernize and transform existing Oracle customers to newer cloud and platform capabilities aligned to industry outcomesWin net-new strategic accounts including competitive displacement where relevantScale through a very strong alignment and governance with the Account Executives dedicated to Financial ServicesKey ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of Financial Services Sales Specialists including recruiting hiring and training on the Oracle sales processSell and promote Oracle Financial Services solutions; lead negotiations (pricing concessions terms and conditions) in alignment with company policyYearly Business Plan: develop and execute a plan to lead Oracle Financial Services industry solutions in the regionCollaborate closely with Regional VPs and Account Executives to drive integrated account strategies and executive alignmentTerritory Management: define target segments (Tier 1/2 banks digital challengers corporate banks etc.) ICPs and coverage plays by countryPersonnel Development: recruit develop coach and retain a high-performing specialist sales teamSales Incentive Planning: manage team quota achievement and operating cadenceGenerate Demand: build senior executive relationships across CIO/CTO COO CDO CRO Head of Compliance/Financial Crime CFO/Finance Transformation and business headsEcosystem Leadership: mobilize product partners presales and business development to maximize coverage and sales efficiencyStrategic Sales: personally engage in the most strategic deals to maximize conversion and executive sponsorshipPipeline and Forecast Management: maintain disciplined qualification and accurate forecastingCustomer Relationship Management and Referenceability: drive strong outcomes from sale through delivery partnership and create customer advocatesBusiness Practice Management: ensure adherence to Oracle policy on pricing approvals and contractingResponsibilitiesRequired Skills / Experience (What Youll Bring)Sales leadership: proven tenure and stability leading cloud/software sales specialists in a sophisticated solutions environmentStrong background in enterprise applications and/or industry solutions; financial services domain expertise strongly preferredFirst-line management experience managing applications/solutions sales repsFinancial management: proven ability to manage sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecastsSales acumen: track record of delivering consistent sales success (e.g. $510m per year depending on market scope)Industry knowledge: significant business software experience either vendor sales or consulting salesNetwork and reputation: strong network of strategic business and IT relationships in financial servicesCloud experience: several years experience in cloud business applications/platform-led sellingBusiness planning: demonstrated ability to articulate a strategy an
