Responsible for product sales operations, providing pre-sales customer support, delivering post-sales services, and offering detailed product information to ensure it meets customer needs. Also highlighting the company’s advantages to attract the largest possible customer base.Building positive relationships through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products.Receiving customer complaints, handling them positively, attempting to resolve all issues, and escalating to the direct manager if resolution is not possible.Explaining product details to clients before signing, ensuring the requested service is available, collecting all required documents and data, and confirming payment completion.Verifying and matching all data for accuracy and following required procedures during contract signing.Preparing receipt vouchers and daily reconciliation to close branch sales and submitting them to the branch supervisor.Submitting daily sales reports to the branch supervisor.Coordinating with relevant departments to resolve client issues and ensure labor handover.Submitting daily reports on client visits to the branch.Following up on requests submitted by the call center and reporting on them.Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the full official uniform.Complying with procedures as outlined in the department’s procedural manual.#J-18808-Ljbffr
