The ideal candidate will have experience in financial markets, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.Requirements:Key Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in CFD trading, forex, or financial markets.CFD & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of trading platforms, margin trading, leverage, and risk management.Sales & Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with DFSA regulations and financial market compliance is a plus.Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, trading platforms (MatchTrader, MT4, MT5), and lead management tools.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Actively generate leads and convert prospects into active trading clients.Promote CFD trading products and services to retail and institutional clients.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and traders.Educate clients about the risks and benefits of CFD trading while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Work closely with the marketing and trading teams to align sales strategies with market trends.Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and relationship management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and competitor offerings.Get the best matched jobs in yourEmail.
