Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist with strong B2B experience in the UAE market. The role focuses on driving sales of gym equipment and fitness solutions by building relationships with corporate clients, developers, hospitality groups, and fitness operators. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the fitness industry and a proven track record in closing deals and managing key accounts.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across the UAE marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients such as:Gyms and fitness centersHotels and hospitality groupsReal estate developers and communitiesCorporate clients and government entitiesPromote and sell gym equipment, fitness solutions, and related servicesManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing dealsPrepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and quotationsWork closely with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth project executionAchieve and exceed sales targets and KPIsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and client requirementsMaintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systemsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field3–6 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE marketExperience in gym equipment, fitness, sports, or related industries is highly preferredStrong network within UAE (fitness, hospitality, real estate sectors is a plus)Proven track record of achieving sales targets#J-18808-Ljbffr
