Sales Specialist

Responsible for selling banking finance products designed for the SME sector, providing suitable financing solutions based on clients’ needs, and achieving assigned sales targets in line with the bank’s strategy and marketing plans.Key Responsibilities:Market and sell banking finance products, including commercial finance and credit facilities.Communicate with target sector clients and accurately identify their financing needs.Present suitable financing offers and follow up on approval and closing processes in coordination with the relevant departments.Ensure the quality of submitted data and documentation in accordance with bank policies and credit procedures.Follow up on financing applications continuously to ensure fast processing and customer satisfaction.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with the bank’s business plan.Comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Experience Required:Experience in banking finance sales or SME financing.Good knowledge of banking finance products and credit procedures.Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
