Sales Specialist

Job Summary:Reporting To: Sales ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling transaction clearance and government-related services, achieving sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The role requires delivering tailored solutions and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the candidate is expected to meet and exceed assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targetsGenerate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and broker/partner collaborationPresent company services, including fees, processes, and requirementsPrepare and deliver professional presentations to potential clientsIdentify client needs and provide suitable customized solutionsBuild and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and partnersConduct client visits to strengthen business opportunitiesEnsure timely follow‑up on all inquiriesComply with company policies and proceduresPerform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisorRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in transaction clearance, government services, or PRO services).UAE residency required.Valid UAE driving license is required.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and EnglishStrong negotiation and persuasion abilitiesClient relationship management and retentionLead generation and business development techniquesPresentation and public speaking skillsTime management and organizational abilitiesProblem‑solving and decision‑making skillsProficiency in MS Office applicationsPreferred:Experience in UAE government services or PRO field.Experience working with diverse client backgrounds is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
