OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Arabic-speaking Sales Professional with 45 years of experience in the solar energy sector specializing in distribution channel sales across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing distributors, partners and resellers, building strong regional relationships and driving revenue growth through channel-led sales strategies.This role requires excellent negotiation and communication skills, strong market knowledge of the Middle East solar landscape and the flexibility to travel frequently within the region.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute channel sales strategies to expand market presence across Middle Eastern countriesIdentify, onboard, manage and grow relationships with distributors, channel partners and resellersAchieve sales targets through effective distributor management and partner enablementNegotiate commercial terms, pricing structures and agreements with channel partnersMonitor distributor performance, sales pipelines, forecasts and market feedbackConduct regular partner reviews, training sessions and product presentationsCoordinate with internal teams (sales operations, logistics, finance and technical teams) to ensure smooth order executionAnalyze market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new business opportunitiesRepresent the company at industry events, exhibitions and partner meetingsPrepare accurate sales reports, forecasts and market intelligence updates for managementKey Requirements45 years of proven sales experience in the solar energy or renewable energy industryStrong background in distribution channel sales within the Middle EastDemonstrated experience managing distributors, dealers, partners and resellersFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skillsStrong understanding of solar products, solutions and regional market dynamicsAbility to work independently and manage multiple regional accountsResults-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumenWillingness to travel extensively within the Middle EastPreferred QualificationsExperience in solar modules, inverters, batteries or balance-of-system componentsExisting distributor or EPC network across GCC / Middle East marketsKnowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and project tendering processesIf you are interested please share your CV to#J-18808-Ljbffr
