We value proactive partnership, a strategic mindset, and a people-first approach.Role Overviewyou will be responsible for executing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives of Booking and Revenue at desired levels of Gross Profit. And will also require to analyze sales statistics gathered over time to determine sales potential & requirements, and monitor the preferences of customers.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute sales strategies to achieve department sales objectivesImprove customer penetration in the marketSecure new contracts to increase AMC baseMeet individual sales targets assigned by Line of Business / StrategiesExecute Sales Action Plans in line with the strategy set by the managementLiaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales and service delivery objectivesFollow up with customers on payments to ensure timely collection of outstanding & expired Bank GuaranteesCarry-out Techno commercial negotiations with appropriate milestones as per Finance approvalActively liaise with finance and attend AR meetingsDevelop sales presentations and proposalsInvestigate lost sales and customer accountsTrack, collate and interpret sales figuresForecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenueGenerate timely sales reportsConduct market research, competitor and customer analysisGather market feedback to identify areas of improvement on both divisional and organizational levelDevelop promotional ideas and materialCultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accountsRequirementsBachelor of Engineering from an accredited universityWork Experience of minimum 3-4 years as a Sales Engineer HVAC Services & OEM Company, preferably worked with a HVAC / MEP maintenance companySkills & Experience1-3 years experience in a similar roleAbility to communicate effectivelySelf-motivated and task orientedProblem solving, aware of executions of various type of worksCustomer Service orientedExperience in preparing reports, and good in documentationRisk Management and Data AnalysisJoin UsAt SKM Air Conditioning LLC, you will be more than just a Service Sales Engineer; you will be an architect of our workforce, directly enabling our mission to provide world-class HVAC solutions.
