In this way we are able to develop the market-leading coatings for which we are renowned.</p><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>To assist customers in selecting paint products, provide technical advice, and ensure excellent customer service in the showroom. Responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and supporting daily showroom operations.</p><h3>Main Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide professional advice on paint products and color selections</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's paints, tools, and accessories to accurately guide customers</li><li>Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and process payments through the POS system</li><li>Work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly individual and showroom sales goals</li><li>Ensure products are properly displayed, labeled, and organized according to company standards</li><li>Assist customers with color matching tools and techniques to find desired shades</li><li>Provide basic technical advice regarding surface preparation, paint application, and aftercare</li><li>Notify the inventory or warehouse team when stock is low or when customer orders require replenishment</li><li>Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and customer satisfaction after purchases</li><li>Inform customers about ongoing promotions, new arrivals, and suggest additional products to increase sales</li><li>Submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback to the showroom supervisor or branch manager</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Good English language.</li></ul><p>Location: Jeddah, KSA</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
