Job SummaryThe Sales Representative – Fine Arts & Exhibitions Shipping is responsible for driving business development and sales of specialized shipping and logistical services for fine arts galleries, museums, and exhibitions. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering tailored shipping solutions (including packaging, customs handling, insurance, and transport) and supporting exhibition logistics to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction in a fast‑paced market.Sales Representative – Fine Arts & Exhibitions ShippingDubai United Arab EmiratesKey ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development: Identify prospects and engage new clients in galleries, museums, artists, and event organizers.Develop and present tailored sales proposals for fine art shipping and exhibition logistics services to new and existing clients.Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.Manage and grow a pipeline using CRM and document all sales activities and client interactions.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients handling inquiries, consultative discussions, and post‑sales support. Maintain strong ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with clients to understand their exhibition schedules, shipping requirements, and special handling needs.Shipping & Exhibition Coordination Support: Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure secure packing, customs clearance, air/sea freight, insurance processing, and delivery services. Attend exhibitions, fairs, and industry events to support clients and promote services. Work with internal operations, customs brokers, and service providers to ensure client expectations are met and logistics run smoothly.Reporting & Market Intelligence: Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to support market positioning and service improvements.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Arts Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in shipping/logistics, events/exhibitions, or fine arts industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals effectively.Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs processes, and logistics operations is a strong advantage.Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
