<div><h3>Sales Representative /Sales Engineer– Specialty Chemicals</h3><p>We are seeking a young and dynamic Sales Professional with proven experience in Specialty Chemicals, particularly in<b>Paints&Coatings, Industrial Adhesives, and Construction Chemicals</b>, to drive business growth, develop new customer relationships, and expand market presence.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify and develop<b>new business opportunities</b>in the Paints, Coatings, Adhesives, and Construction Chemicals sectors.</li><li>Build and maintain strong<b>relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers</b>.</li><li>Promote and sell<b>specialty chemical raw materials and solutions</b>to customers.</li><li>Conduct<b>technical sales presentations</b>and product demonstrations.</li><li>Work closely with the<b>technical and product development teams</b>to support customer requirements.</li><li>Prepare<b>sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence</b>.</li><li>Monitor<b>market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs</b>.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers.</li><li>Achieve<b>sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth</b>.</li><li>Participate in<b>industry exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings</b>.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in<b>Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field from a Recognized University</b></li><li>Additional<b>Sales or Business qualification</b>is an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li><b>3–4 years of B 2 B sales experience</b>preferably in<b>Specialty Chemicals</b>.(Construction Chemicals, Paints or Coatings Businesses.)</li><li>Strong exposure to industries such as:</li><li>Paints&Coatings</li><li>Construction Chemicals</li><li>Packaging Chemicals</li><li>Experience in<b>B2B industrial sales</b>is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong<b>technical sales and product knowledge</b>.</li><li>Excellent<b>communication and negotiation skills</b>.</li><li>Ability to<b>develop new markets and manage key accounts</b>.</li><li>Results-oriented with a<b>proven track record in achieving sales targets</b>.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.</li></ul><h3>Personal Attributes</h3><ul><li>Energetic and self-motivated.</li><li>Strong business acumen.</li><li>Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel for business development activities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
