ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, customer visits, networking, and social media.Set up meetings with potential clients to convert them into new clients.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.Provide a weekly report of your market visits per client to enable frequent reviews of sales and collection, evaluate performance with your direct manager, and boost sales and new client acquisition.Negotiate and close deals.Collaborate with your direct manager to achieve better results and receive guidance on what matters in sales.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with your direct manager.Maintain current sales records and strive to meet monthly targets.Negotiate agreements or offers with your direct manager to design for your clients.Work during days off or extend working hours if needed to meet sales and collection requirements.Requirements / CompetenciesExperienced in eyelash extensions, nails extensions, and mani-pedi treatments to demonstrate products for potential clients and convert to sales.Conduct after-sales training sessions for clients to ensure knowledge about the brands and maintain repeat orders (Brands: Nouveau Lashes, Elim MediHeel, Coral Bliss, NSI & Ella Mila).Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and sales.Education: Technical certification or bachelor’s degree.Moderate computer applications knowledge.Must have a car suitable for sales representative market visits (fuel provided).BenefitsWork VisaFuelAnnual Leave#J-18808-Ljbffr
