Box 500200 Dubai 500200We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a high‑calibre local graduate (who has graduated or will be graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between February 2025 and August 2026) to join our Sales Performance Management team on a 12‑month internship.From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences. Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 214 team members in the Dubai office; we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.The OpportunityAs a Sales Performance Management Intern, you will be an integral part of the Commercial Services team, responsible for performance analysis, reporting, goal setting and incentive payouts for hotels and corporate sellers, and contributing to new Sales Performance initiatives. You will be assigned a mentor to offer their knowledge and experience towards your advancement, and to help bridge any skill gaps. You will carry out a range of administrative and supportive activities, as well as owning your own project‑based initiatives.Internship ActivitiesAssisting with goal setting and incentive payout trainings, including the preparation of training guides, SOPs, process documentation and training videos.Assisting in preparing Sales Performance reporting, including incentive related analysis.Performing performance curve analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across sales performance results.Preparing presentations in advance of calls and working on dashboards in collaboration with other functions (including Analytics) to support performance reviews and initiatives.Supporting our Hotel & Corporate Team Members with questions related to their incentives and the use of the Sales Incentive Tool.Supporting ongoing Sales Performance projects and contributing to the planning, development and execution of new initiatives.Why choose us?Embarking on our year in industry programme is a transformative journey, encompassing a structured framework of learning and development activities.
