This role ensures timely follow-ups, accurate reporting, and consistent representation of Stellar’s values.This is a full-time position, and we are seeking a Saudi national for this role. To be successful, candidates should have proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales and client relationship management, preferably in the education sector.Contract Type: Full-Time | Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Language: Both Arabic and English FluencyMain ResponsibilitiesBusiness Opportunity Support & Market IntelligenceClients and Customer Care Relationship ManagementReporting, Tracking & Internal CoordinationSupport Sales Orders (Cambridge and Non-Cambridge Services)Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholdersKnowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes, with a solid understanding of lead generation, customer engagement, and relationship managementCustomer-focused problem solver, skilled at handling objections, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfactionSufficient understanding of desktop publishing of ERP systems, including Odoo, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google WorkspaceCollaborative, adaptable, and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detailQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or any related field1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales, client relationship management, or sales support, preferably in the education sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
