Job Description

Short Description (Role Purpose)Will be responsible on achieving personal target as part of department total target, supervising sales team and follow up on current and future customers and fulfill their requirement with high professionalism.Job Accountabilities & ActivitiesCollaborate with Branch manager in the planning and development of sales strategies to expand the customer base in branch and setting sales goals.Supervise the activities of sales team in order to meet sales target.Assist the sales manager to provide technical support to sales engineers and Service Team.Follow up with the sales team on the customer visit.Support the sales team in dealing with customer complaint.Monthly Sales Report for all division.Follow- up the customers on regular basis.Build, develop and maintain the customer’s satisfaction through the visits and telephone calls.Cooperate with Aftersales Division to achieve the customer’s satisfaction.Increase the market share in the assigned region.Monitoring the market and competitor’s activities.Reports sales activities timely to the direct manager.Education & CertificationsBachelor Degree in Business, marketing or sales related.Required Years Of Experience5 to 8 experience in sales.#J-18808-Ljbffr
