They are happy to consider both experienced property professionals from overseas and local to Dubai.This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that has a reputation for providing a high level of support and training, as well as a close team environment.The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:This is a commission-only position with 50% on properties sold, increasing to 70% based on performance£50,000 - £100,000 OTE tax-free in your first year – top earners can earn up to £300,000 tax-free!Paid on a weekly basisStrong internal trainingWorking visaMedical insuranceRERA LicenseClose team environment and team-building activitiesSupport from ManagementSupplied with equipmentSales Negotiator requirements:Passion for PropertyExperience within the property industryStrong negotiating skills and the ability to close for businessExcellent customer serviceDriving licenceInterpersonal skills are essential to be successfulAs a Sales Negotiator, your duties will involve the following:Book valuationsArrange and conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.NegotiatingBuilding your own brand using social media and networking eventsManage and build strong customer relationshipsMarketing your properties with the assistance of the in-house marketing teamArrange and attend meetings with buyers /sellersMaintain records using the internal company CRM and softwareCoordinate and supervise offers, transactions and deals until the moment of payment by the buyerSource properties within your assigned patch with the intention of selling them on behalf of the ownerQualifying leads, both buyers and ownersStay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape#J-18808-Ljbffr
