Sales & Marketing Officer

Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, etc.).Manage CRM systems for sales pipeline tracking and customer engagement.Coordinate with advertising and design agencies, printers, and external vendors.Identify and convert new business opportunities within UAECreate and publish marketing contentCollaborate with other departments for campaign alignment.Manage and update the companys digital platforms, including website and social media channels.Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and eventsPrepare and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients.Generate performance reports on sales activities, campaign results, and ROI.CapabilitiesAbility to identify, pursue, and close new opportunitiesSkilled at structuring deals, handling objections, and closing high-value sales.Ability to craft persuasive content and run multi-channel campaignsUnderstanding of how to build and sustain brand visibility in a competitive market.General CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions to improve marketing and sales strategies and campaign performance.Effective prioritization of tasks and management of time to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects efficiently.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.Digital Marketing certificationsProficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages can be an advantageMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in security services industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
