With solid expansion plans for 2014 it is an excellent organisation to be a part of.Job OverviewSales & Marketing Manager will have full responsibility for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive aggressive growth in revenue and profitability of the company’s products. Reports to: Marketing & Sales Director.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic business plan to drive growth in revenue and profitability.Develop and implement specific marketing and sales plans consistent with the growth and profitability goals for all products.Research, test, and launch creative strategies and plans to identify new marketing, sales, business, and product opportunities to expand the business.Own all aspects of product management including Price, Volume, Margin, Portfolio development.Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels.Provide market and competitive intelligence to field sales and product managers through market research, trend analysis, and other data mining methodologies and resources.Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.Recruit, develop, and challenge a highly motivated, technically competent, and loyal team that can deliver results and grow into additional responsibility and leadership in the organization.Direct the planning and development of division marketing, sales and product communications materials to establish and maintain a consistent and professional corporate image including website.Lead cross‑function integration across field sales and marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and related functions.Essential RequirementsBachelor’s Degree required in Science, Engineering or Business.At least 10 – 15 years of successful experience in increasing responsibility in sales and marketing leadership roles.Must have experience in Industrial Manufacturing ie Plastic, Petrochemicals, Fiberglass etc.Previous gross Margin responsibility for $50 million USD plus business.Extensive product management experience in industrial products in a business‑to‑business industry.Extensive understanding and experience in Saudi Arabian, GCC, MENA and European markets.Open to Western nationals with excellent English communication.To apply in confidence please email your CV in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
