Sales Manager for Indian market in AjmanWe are a well-established company in the retail industry, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the Indian market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the Indian market and increase salesConduct market research to identify potential customers and their needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Indian marketLead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targetsMonitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior managementDevelop pricing strategies to remain competitive in the Indian marketStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practicesRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry, preferably in the Indian marketProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership abilities with a motivational management styleIn-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldWe offer a competitive salary package of $1400 per month. This position is based in Ajman, UAE. This job is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates. Note that this is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
