OverviewSales Manager job vacancy in Sharjah UAE. We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the sales strategy for our organisation, as well as managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the sales strategy to achieve targets.Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.Attend trade shows, client meetings and networking events to identify and develop relationships with new customers.QualificationsAt least five years of experience in a similar role; proven track record of successful sales management in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership qualities; ability to work under pressure.An up-to-date knowledge of the industry and excellent customer service skills.A degree or other relevant qualification in sales/marketing is desirable but not essential.Compensation and applicationSalary: AED 1300 per month plus potential bonuses based on performance.
