OverviewSales Manager in Musaffah, UAEWe are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Musaffah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales operations of our business, while driving the growth of our organization.The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, great people management skills, and a passion for sales. They should be able to develop relationships with customers and stakeholders, while leading their team to success. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the development of new strategies that will increase sales performance.ResponsibilitiesManaging and motivating the sales teamDeveloping effective strategies for increasing salesIdentifying opportunities for new business growthAnalyzing customer data to identify trends in customer behaviorOrganizing meetings with customers and stakeholdersTracking performance metrics and ensuring targets are metPreparing reports on sales performanceDeveloping creative ways to market products or servicesProviding leadership for the team by setting goals and providing feedbackQualificationsDegree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferredAt least 5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong understanding of customer service principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead a team effectively and inspire them to achieve their goalsCompensation and BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary package (1000 AED) plus incentives, as well as an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a passionate team.
