Sales Manager - Sharjah, UAEWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectivesIdentify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clientsLead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targetsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats or opportunitiesProvide training, coaching, and support to the sales team to performancePrepare sales reports and forecasts for management reviewBuild strong relationships with key clients to ensure long‑term satisfaction and retentionAttend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/servicesRequirementsProven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE market (preferably in Sharjah)Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectivelyExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsIn‑depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniquesAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findingsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (MBA preferred)Fluency in English is essential (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus commission based on performance.
