We've powered some of the largest events in the region, with over2 billion SAR in ticket salesand now we're expanding globally.Role OverviewWe are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to build and scale a strong sales pipeline for ticketing and experiences in Qatar. This role is focused on origination, identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with event organizers, venues, experience providers, and promoters. The ideal candidate brings an established local network, strong negotiation skills, and a hunter mentality.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline Development & Deal OriginationBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline for:Live events (concerts, sports, cultural events)Experiences (attractions, tours, lifestyle experiences)Proactively source and engage:Event organizers and promotersVenues and experience operatorsEntertainment and lifestyle partnersOwn the full sales cycle:Lead generation → pitch → negotiation → deal closure → onboarding handoverPartnerships & Relationship ManagementLeverage an existing local network to unlock high-value partnershipsEstablish long-term, trust-based relationships with partnersAct as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned partnersIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the platformMarket Development & StrategyIdentify white spaces and gaps in the local ticketing and experiences marketProvide market feedback on:Pricing modelsCommission structuresProduct and feature needsWork closely with internal teams (Ops, Marketing, Product) to ensure successful launches and campaignsPerformance & ReportingMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecastingReport on:Pipeline valueClosed dealsRevenue contributionDeliver against agreed commercial targets and KPIsRequirements5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within:TicketingEventsEntertainmentHospitality or lifestyle platformsDemonstrated ability to build a pipeline from scratchStrong existing network within Qatar's events, entertainment, or experiences ecosystemProven track record of closing commercial dealsStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentExcellent communication skills in English and ArabicPreferred ProfileExperience working with:Event promotersVenuesExperience aggregators or platforms
