You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a keen understanding of customer needs.The Sales Manager will be expected to develop relationships with clients, analyze data on customer buying trends and preferences, set sales targets, and lead the team towards achieving them. You should have the ability to understand the market situation and adjust your strategies accordingly.The successful candidate should be able to work under pressure and within deadlines, have a strong work ethic, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask.
