The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, with experience in the retail sector.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the sales team and ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.Develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and monitor performance metrics.Manage budgeting and forecasting activities, track and report on progress, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.QualificationsExcellent communication and strong organizational skills.Good understanding of customer service principles; experience working with customers from diverse backgrounds.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, though not required.Compensation & BenefitsSalary of 1300 per month, plus performance-based incentives for this role.
