A leadingtechnology solutions and services providerin Qatar is hiring an experiencedSales Managerto lead enterprise sales, grow strategic accounts, and drive market expansion across the country.This role suits a senior sales leader with a strong background inIT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and managed services , and a proven ability to lead teams and close complex, high-value deals.What You’ll Be DoingEnterprise & Strategic AccountsOwn and grow key enterprise and government accounts across Qatar.Build trusted C-level relationships with customers and stakeholders.Drive new business while expanding existing accounts.Complex Deal OwnershipPersonally lead large, multi-solution opportunities from strategy to close.Sell end-to-end solutions including:Cybersecurity & risk solutionsManaged services & professional servicesAlign customer expectations with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve win rates.Work closely with technical, delivery, operations, and partner teams.Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and adherence to internal processes.What We’re Looking ForProven success in asales leadership role within an IT systems integrator or technology services provider.Strong enterprise IT sales background (solutions + services).Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue and KPI targets.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to closing deals.Commercially sharp and data-driven.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA a plus).
