We foster your talent, with us you shine.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the profitable success of Normet Doha LLC through developing technical sales to main tunnelling contractors and injection and ground treatment specialist applicators in construction chemicals and underground equipment.Meet Net Sales Budget for all three Business Lines.Fulfil the reporting performance required by DGM – SALES such as sales performance, budgeting, forecasting, marketing trends and accounts receivables etc.Define and implement training for Normet Doha LLC staff.Ensure a robust supply route to the customer, both by managing imports and holding local stock, and additionally by supporting and interfacing with our toll manufacturing partners in Qatar.Contribute and drive strategic development of the Normet business in the Middle East region.Identify new business development/project opportunities and take the individual steps to achieve final successful and profitable supply of Normet products.Negotiate payment credit limits with new customers in line with Normet’s guidelines.Manage local production through the Toll‑Manufacture Partners, ensuring quality control, production scheduling, all pricing negotiations and materials adhere to Normet’s standards.Liaise with Normet appointed distributors and channel partners for the benefit of the company.Develop Ground Injections, CPR and waterproofing,admixtures or new product technology brought by the company.Ensure Normet Doha LLC Company and employee papers/permits etc are up to date and registered with the required Qatari Authorities.QualificationsExperience: 10-15 years in injection (Projects & Distribution) & CPR.Education: M.Sc , B.Sc plus MBA.Call to ActionCome and share your courage to shine with us!
