Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 02/17/2026 Our client is a fast-growing B2B platform supporting organizations withscalable employee-facing programs and services across global markets. We are looking for a UAE-based Sales Manager to drive newcustomer acquisition across Mid & Enterprise Market in the GCC. This is a full-cycle sales role focused onoutbound prospecting, consultative selling, and closing new business. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a strongpipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, partner leads, and marketengagement Run discovery meetings with keydecision makers (HR, People, Rewards, Wellbeing & leadership) andidentify customer needs Position the solution with aconsultative approach and communicate value clearly Prepare proposals and commercialoffers aligned with customer needs and internal strategy Negotiate terms and close newbusiness, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding teams Maintain a structured salesprocess with strong CRM hygiene (pipeline stages, next steps, forecasting) Work closely with Marketing andCustomer Success to improve conversion rates and customer handover quality Track market insights andcompetitor trends to improve messaging and win rate Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer on larger opportunities when required What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement of monthly/quarterlynew sales targets Strong outbound activity leadingto qualified meetings and a healthy pipeline High conversion rate across thefunnel (meeting → proposal → close) Fast and smooth handover toonboarding without losing momentum Becoming a trusted partner tocustomers through smart, value-based selling Requirements 8-10 years of B2B sales experience , ideally in SaaS or tech-enabledsolutions Proven success selling into Mid-Market & Enterprise segments Strong prospecting skills:outbound reach, follow-ups, and pipeline generation Confidence in leading discoverycalls, handling objections, and negotiating Ability to work with multiplestakeholders and drive deals forward Structured, KPI-driven way ofworking (CRM discipline, forecasting, reporting) Strong communication andpresentation skills Comfortable working inasant pace environment with high ownership Based in UAE and able to coverGCC markets Ability to communicate fluentlyin English ( Arabic knowledge is a huge plus) Nice-to-Have / Plus Experience selling into HR /People / Employee Services functions Exposure to EAP-relatedecosystems or partner networks (plus) Experience with HubSpot orsimilar CRM tools Start-up / scale-up experienceand ability to thrive in ambiguity Why This Role High-impact sales role withownership of Mid & Enterprise growth in GCC Opportunity to join a fast-movingteam with international exposure Strong potential for careergrowth based on performance A role built for someone wholoves opening doors, building pipelines, and closing deals#J-18808-Ljbffr
