Job Description Position Details Designation: Area Manager / Senior Manager Sales && Marketing Department: Sales &amp ; Marketing PVC Flooring (Commercial Project Segment) Key Responsibilities Develop and expand business for homogeneous vinyl floorings in the commercial project segment. Generate project leads through specification-based sales by meeting Architects, Consultants, Builders, and Institutions. Build strong relationships with Project Management Consultants (PMCs) and key decision-makers in the building materials industry. Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, order processing, and timely project execution. Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth within the assigned region. Candidate Profile Graduate / MBA preferred. 8yrs -10 years of experience in Project Sales of Building Materials (Flooring / Paints / Laminates / Glass / Wooden Flooring / Inte rior Products). Strong communication, project handling, client relationship, and negotiation skills. Should be based in or able to commute easily to the respective branch office locations.
