<div><p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven<b>Sales Manager</b>to lead and expand sales within a growing<b>specialty coffee business</b>. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in<b>coffee, café, or F&B sales</b>, with proven experience in driving revenue growth, developing new business channels, and managing key client relationships.</p><p>The Sales Manager will play a key role in<b>expanding market presence, increasing revenue streams, and building strategic partnerships</b>across retail and corporate segments.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B, retail, and wholesale channels.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, distributors, and hospitality partners.</li><li>Drive sales of coffee products, beans, beverages, and related offerings.</li><li>Explore and develop new revenue streams such as bulk sales, partnerships, and corporate accounts.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the coffee and F&B industry.</li><li>Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements and contracts.</li><li>Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and service delivery.</li><li>Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>5+ years of proven sales experience in coffee, specialty coffee, or F&B industry.</li><li>Strong network within hospitality, retail, and distribution sectors in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of coffee products, market trends, and customer preferences.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.</li></ul><h3>Key Skills</h3><ul><li>Sales&Business Development</li><li>Specialty Coffee / F&B Sales</li><li>Key Account Management</li><li>Negotiation&Closing</li><li>Market Expansion&Strategy</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
