Diversity and inclusion fuel innovation and growth at Carrier and our people put customers at the center of everything we do.Role OverviewThe HVAC Sales Manager UAE is responsible for leading an Outside Sales team to achieve order and revenue targets driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence across the UAE HVAC Retrofit Business. This role includes strategy development team leadership business development and market expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute country-wide sales strategies to meet forecasts and annual targets.Prospect and forecast monthly and create actionable plans to achieve revenue objectives.Remain aware of market developments and competitor activities to inform strategy.Team Leadership & DevelopmentMotivate and lead a dynamic sales team capable of responding to customer and business needs.Identify training needs and implement structured programs to build team capabilities.Support succession planning and ongoing development of team members.Business Development & Client ManagementEstablish and maintain professional relationships with strategic prospects.Coordinate business development activities in alignment with corporate strategy.Analyze bid opportunities prepare responses negotiate with potential customers and maintain long-term relationships.Conduct product presentations workshops and technical education for clients.Maintain a personal sales pipeline customer log and actively hunt for new business opportunities.Operational CoordinationSupport management team representatives on target accounts or territories.Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain Marketing Finance) to ensure seamless execution.Uphold Carriers standards for ethics Environment Health & Safety (EH&S) and operational compliance.Minimum RequirementsUniversity degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience OR advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience in HVAC sales leadership.Practical knowledge in leading and managing execution of sales processes projects and tactics.Broad technical/professional knowledge in HVAC with awareness of impact on other organizational areas.Proven track record in managing Outside Sales teams business development and client acquisition.What We OfferInternational working environment with exposure to regional markets.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.Employee Assistance Programme supporting personal and professional wellbeing.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
