Sana Tourism is a Saudi Destination Management Company (DMC), providing comprehensive tourism solutions and organizing integrated travel experiences for corporate clients, MICE events, B2B partnerships, and premium leisure travelers exploring the beauty of Saudi Arabia’s diverse destinations.We are currently seeking a Sales Manager who is passionate, commercially driven, and energetic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in negotiation and business development.Role DescriptionThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and promoting the company's tourism services.QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsBuild and manage corporate and government client accountsAcquire new business and maintain relationships with key decision-makersDevelop high-value MICE programs and experiential travel solutionsEstablish partnerships with travel agencies locally and internationallyPromote and expand Omra+ product offeringsMonitor market trends, competitors, and pricing positioningRequirements3–5 years of experience in tourism, corporate travel, or MICEProven sales performance in Saudi ArabiaStrong Riyadh-based professional network is preferredExcellent negotiation and contract management skillsCommercial mindset with focus on margins and revenue quality#J-18808-Ljbffr
