Sales Executive - Fire Safety Industry ExperienceJob Title: Sales Executive - Fire Safety IndustryLocation: UAE / GCC RegionEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Fire Safety / Fire Protection SystemsRole Purpose:Drive sales growth in fire safety solutions including fire detection, suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and fire protection equipment across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships while achieving revenue targets in the competitive fire safety market.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for fire safety products and services in UAE/GCC marketsConduct site visits and technical presentations to architects, consultants, contractors, and end clientsPrepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions for fire safety projectsMaintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat businessAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for fire protection systemsCoordinate with technical and installation teams for project executionAttend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunitiesMaintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to managementStay updated on fire safety regulations, codes (NFPA, Civil Defense requirements), and industry trendsRequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the Fire Safety / Fire Protection industryStrong knowledge of fire safety products: fire alarm systems, sprinklers, suppression systems, fire extinguishers, emergency lightingUnderstanding of fire safety regulations and standards (NFPA, UAE Civil Defense, local building codes)Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Valid UAE driving licenseBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferredProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareCompetitive salary package with attractive commission structurePerformance-based incentives and bonusesCompany vehicle or transportation allowanceMedical insurance coverageVisa and residence permit sponsorshipAnnual leave and air ticket allowanceProfessional development and training opportunitiesCareer growth opportunities in a growing fire safety company#J-18808-Ljbffr
