We are hiring a Sales Manager / Partnership Sales Manager who can source clients, build partner channels, and close deals for an infrastructure payment service supporting international real estate transactions. Specialization B2C, B2B sales of a financial product for cross-border transactions About the product An infrastructure payment solution enabling Russian nationals to acquire real estate in the UAE with payments in non-cash rubles, followed by official settlement with the seller in the UAE through banking infrastructure. Sales model Work through partner channels: real estate brokers, developers, financial advisors. Key responsibilities Attract and onboard partners who will generate a steady flow of clients for the company’s product; Build and develop a partner network and maintain long‑term relationships; Clearly communicate the value of the product to target partners and end clients; Independently build and manage the sales pipeline; Conduct negotiations with business owners and senior executives; Negotiate and sell the service to clients referred by partners; Support clients throughout the entire deal process; Close deals and achieve sales targets.
